Registration deadline-10 days prior to class date
Cancellation Policy: We offer classes every month and work to accommodate the MD/advanced practitioner’s schedule. If notification is given within 24 hours of the scheduled class, we will move the participant to a future scheduled class. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the class will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee and the $50 cost of course materials. If the course materials remain current and you sign up for a subsequent class, we will credit the $50 course materials fee. Cancellations made after the 7-day deadline will be refunded $150.00. No shows will be billed and responsible for the full amount due.
